Welcome to Burkwood Publishing Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Service Overview
Burkwood Publishing Services offers a range of publishing support including book coaching, editing, formatting, cover design, author websites, and book printing. Services may be purchased à la carte or as part of a package.
2. Client Responsibility
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information throughout the publishing process.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final files before print or distribution.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are due in full prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- There are no refunds on services rendered. This includes coaching sessions, editorial work, website design, or any design/formatting services that have been delivered in part or whole.
- Partial refunds may be granted only if no portion of the service has been started and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
4. Delivery of Printed Books
- Books included in packages (25, 30, or 50 copies) are printed upon your final approval of files and shipped directly to your provided address.
- Printing timelines may vary due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
5. Copyright & Ownership
- You retain all rights to your manuscript and content.
- Burkwood Publishing Services does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.
